Course description
In 2017, FIDIC issued the latest Rainbow suite of its contracts, as the update to the extensively used 1999 edition. Compared to the 1999 edition, which continues to be used, certain changes have been made in the 2017 edition to reflect the rapidly changing and evolving industry in which FIDIC stakeholders operate. 2017 editions have been based on best practices, feedback from users all around the world, experts’ advice, and the use of new technologies, adding certain novelty features to the already-known contract documents. This course will provide a high-value insight into the major updates in 2017 editions, comparing the changes to the 1999 Editions.
