Event Description
The course will focus on contract clauses and the practical use of the four documents (White Book, Sub-consultancy Agreement, Model Joint Venture Agreement and Model Representative Agreement) illustrated through real life case stories, discussion of these and comments from the lecturer.

This course is intended for FIDIC contract users mainly involved in international projects, wishing to update their knowledge about FIDIC agreements, including Consulting Engineers, Contractors, Employers, funding agencies and MDBs, insurers, professionals from technical, legal, consulting, financial or other related fields

Admission criteria
No prerequisites required.
This online course requires that participants have access to a computer with an internet connection either at their workplace or at home, whichever is more convenient regarding the timing of the sessions.
Official FIDIC certificate
A Certificate of Completion will be provided by FIDIC to the participants having attended all events/sessions either live or recorded and having responded to all of the assignments on the FIDIC Academy eLearning platform. The participants who do not meet this requirement will not receive a certificate.
Optional further certification
Acquiring knowledge via this course could serve as a step on the learning path towards applying for the FIDIC Certified Consulting Professional certification and/or FIDIC Certified Consulting Engineer certification (among other requirements).
