Course description
This FIDIC Delay Analysis Course provides a comprehensive exploration of the complexities and grey areas in delay analysis within FIDIC contracts. Designed to build confidence in handling delay-related issues, the course equips participants—whether representing employers, consultants or contractors—with the knowledge and practical skills needed to navigate this challenging field. This training course is specifically designed for those involved in the administration of FIDIC Contracts, either acting as Employer, Engineer, Contractor, consultant/advisor (claim consultant, legal advisor, etc.), and wishing to increase their knowledge and benefit from practical insights from Delay Analysis in FIDIC contracts related projects.

Admission criteria
This is an advanced-level course within the FIDIC Academy suite. It is highly recommended that participants have:
- Completed the FIDIC Contracts Introductory Course and the FIDIC Contract Management and Administration Course, OR
- Have vast practical experience with FIDIC contracts.
Books
Participants will receive access to the following electronic books 24 hours before the start of the course:
- Construction Contract 2nd Ed (2017 Red Book)
- FIDIC Contract Guide 2nd Edition, 2022
Content on the eLearning platform
Participants will have access to the recordings and learning material for 3 months after the course end date.
Official FIDIC certificate
A Certificate of Completion will be provided by FIDIC to the participants having attended all events/sessions either live or recorded and having responded to all of the assignments on the FIDIC Academy eLearning platform. The participants who do not meet this requirement will not receive a certificate.
