I am very pleased to attend a training on FIDIC contracts as it gives an overall understanding of the background, spirit and mechanism of FIDIC contracts with practical cases to resolve. This has recently allowed me to quickly get an understanding of Contract variations that were FIDIC based.

The training is very business oriented, the sessions are interactive, and the theory is always put to use with practical cases, and real-life examples that underline the numerous tips given by the trainer.

Our trainer, who is a highly experienced lawyer in this area, makes sure each point is covered and explained, and he encourages us to ask questions along the way. He also goes into great detail in chairing the Case Studies work and often shares real life examples where he has come across contentious situations and how they were handled.
