Once you purchase a training package, your organisation will receive a registration guide. Your staff can then enrol in courses through our online platform.
Yes! You can choose courses from FIDIC Contracts, Business Practices and FIDIC Values as needed within your allocated seats.
Course changes must be communicated at least xx days before the start date. Once a course begins, the seat is counted as used.
Yes! We offer discounts for bulk purchases. Contact us for details on special rates for large teams.
Yes, all FIDIC contract-related courses are CPD accredited and contribute towards professional development hours.
Your company will have access to the training package for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Yes, you can upgrade your training package or purchase additional seats at any time.
FIDIC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. If this occurs, we will offer alternatives or reschedule your enrolment.
1: All seats must be used within 12 months of purchase and cannot carry over to a subsequent 12-month period
2: All seats can only be taken for the courses listed in the packages
3: Once a training package has been activated, (paid for) no refunds are available after seats in courses have been used
4: Refunds are only provided within 30 days from the date of purchase providing no seats have been used within the membership package
5: There are no restrictions on how firms use the seat allocation per training package
6: Firms must be in good standing and have no outstanding financial debts to FIDIC in order to register for courses
7: All courses must be taken at the dates and time scheduled by FIDIC Academy as part of its public online training products
8: FIDIC Academy reserves the right to cancel training package and any associated registrations
9: All payments must be completed in one transaction for the full amount for a training package before participants can register to courses
10: Training package first purchase incentive discounts can apply to the first transactions.
11: For administration reasons any course / changes / transfers / must be communicated 7 days in advance of the start date of a course. Once a course has started the seat allocation has been subtracted from the training package seat allocation
12: All courses must involve knowledge check as part of the course (short quiz)
13: All courses are run online on the FIDIC Academy platform
14: FIDIC reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any courses.
