Through a series of six structured workshops and practical case studies, participants will explore the full spectrum of the Engineer’s responsibilities — from appointment, authority, and delegation, through communication, programme management, early warning, and quality oversight, to the critical functions of consultation, determination, claims management, and DAAB interface.

The course further addresses the Engineer’s measurement, evaluation, variation, and certification duties, as well as the management of suspension and termination provisions, equipping participants with the practical knowledge and confidence to discharge the Engineer’s functions effectively, impartially, and in full compliance with the FIDIC 2017 contractual framework.
