The course will focus on contract clauses and the practical use of the four documents (White Book, Sub-consultancy Agreement, Model Joint Venture Agreement and Model Representative Agreement) illustrated through real life case stories, discussion of these and comments from the lecturer.

This course will consist of five 3-hour sessions which are usually scheduled from 13:00 – 16:00 CET.

Event 3 – Tuesday 22 October 2024, 13.00 – 16.00 CET

Admission criteria
No prerequisites required.
This online course requires that participants have access to a computer with an internet connection either at their workplace or at home, whichever is more convenient regarding the timing of the sessions.
Official FIDIC certificate
A Certificate of Completion will be provided by FIDIC to the participants having attended all events/sessions either live or recorded and having responded to all of the assignments on the FIDIC Academy eLearning platform. The participants who do not meet this requirement will not receive a certificate.
Optional further certification
Acquiring knowledge via this course could serve as a step on the learning path towards applying for the FIDIC Certified Consulting Professional certification and/or FIDIC Certified Consulting Engineer certification (among other requirements).
