The Fundamentals of Infrastructure Procurement Management course provides participants with a clear understanding of procurement principles and practices in the infrastructure sector. It covers key selection methods, such as direct vs competitive processes, quality-based and cost-based selection, and single vs two-stage bidding and offers guidance on preparing responsive proposals using international evaluation criteria, including the World Bank’s new Rated Criteria.
Participants will explore best practices in procurement risk management, including how to avoid conflicts of interest and address collusive, corrupt, or fraudulent behaviors. The course also introduces infrastructure project financing and business development strategies, helping participants identify global procurement opportunities and craft competitive bids. Official FIDIC certificate
FIDIC Academy will provide a Certificate of Completion to all participants who successfully watched the course video, passed the quiz, and completed the on-demand course evaluation. The participants who do not meet this requirement will not receive the Certificate of Completion.
