Course description
The London South Bank University FIDIC Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) 2026 Summer School is an intensive, exam‑aligned professional course hosted at London South Bank University, offering a structured and comprehensive pathway toward achieving the FCCM qualification. This integrated programme combines specialist trainer‑led instruction, official FCCM preparation resources, and a guided route toward the final FCCM examination.
Participants can choose between two study options:
- Option 1: 10‑Day Fully In‑Person Route
Ten days of on‑site learning in London, including five days of core FCCM training delivered by five different FIDIC Certified Trainers, plus additional in‑person sessions, enrichment activities, and optional project site visits. - Option 2: Blended Route (5 Days In‑Person + 5 Days Online)
Five days of classroom training in London followed by five days of structured online/self‑study, offering greater flexibility while maintaining the full FCCM preparation pathway.
Both routes include access to official FCCM training materials, a Live Q&A session from FIDIC Academy, and opportunities to learn alongside an international cohort of professionals working with FIDIC Contracts.

Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for FCCM certification as set out by FIDIC Credentialing Limited. Participants are advised to review the official FCCM criteria prior to registration.
You can meet the requirements via one the 2 routes below.
Route 1:
a) An engineering construction management, buildings, QS, accounting, law, or infrastructure development qualification or degree AND b) A minimum of 5 years professional experience AND c) A minimum of 3 years professional experience in the management of aspects of construction FIDIC contracts (Red, Yellow, Silver Book)
Route 2:
a) A minimum of 10 years of professional experience AND b) A minimum of 3 years professional experience in the management of aspects of construction FIDIC contracts (Red, Yellow, Silver Book)
Participants who pass the final FCCM exam will receive a FCCM Certificate issued by FIDIC Credentialing Limited (FCL) and a joint certificate of training completion from FIDIC Academy and London South Bank University.
The registration fee (£2,699+VAT) includes a bundled package:
- FCCM examination fee (valued at approx. £1,400)
- Official FCCM preparation materials from FIDIC Academy (valued at approx. £830)
- Access to the official FCCM Live Q&A session (valued at approx. £175)
- Invaluable 5 days in-person training with 5 different FIDIC Certified Trainers at London
