Participants will explore different procurement methods, including single-stage, single-stage with two envelopes, and multi-stage procurement. Additionally, the course addresses key post-award processes such as debriefings, contract administration, and ongoing management.

The course also examines contemporary procurement practices, including value for money, sustainability, and integrity, and how these critical considerations are integrated into procurement decision-making.
